Show Notes:
Do you ever just feel like you yourself are the thing getting in the way of your success? Like if you could figure out how to control your natural tendencies then you’d surely be successful? Well then you won’t want to miss our episode today with Jason Hunt.  Jason is from St. George, Utah. He attended Dixie State and Southern Utah University for his associate and bachelor’s degrees, then went on to receive his master’s and a PhD in Endocrine Physiology from Idaho State University. Jason is now a professor in the biology department at Brigham Young University Idaho teaching Human Physiology and conducts research on various topics involving endocrinology and brain chemistry. Jason has been married to his best friend, Angela, for 26 years, and together they have 5 children. On the show today Jason and I discuss:
