Tim's current portfolio at the time of this recording is 4,258 units with a valuation of more than $350M across 10 states. Tim now focuses on educating and empowering active operators and passive investors to become financially free through commercial real estate. Tim is a husband and proud father, graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, mentor for the Legacy Family mastermind, and active member of several other high-performance national entrepreneur & real estate masterminds.
